To apply for the app send an email following the below steps. We have a stable version that is mend for business critical experiences and an experimental version where we test and mature new features. If you are in doubt on what version you need, fell free to send an email to [email protected] and you will be guided to what version is best for you.

1. Send an E-mail to [email protected] with the following information.

Subject: AppLab Access

Body:

• The release branch you intend to sign up for. (VitaSim Author or VitaSim Author Experimental)
• Oculus user e-mail (The email you have logged into the headset with)
• Full name
• Personal or institutional affiliation and contact information.

2. Wait for us to add you to the user list (up to 24 hours).

3. Accept invitation by logging into your Oculus Account, locating the invitation and accepting it.

4. Make sure the headset is in Developer mode.

• If not, change the setting using the Oculus App connected to your headset.
• Restart the headset.

5. Install VitaSim Author from Home in the headset (found under All Apps).
